Is resident responsible for water, electric and trash?

Water is billed at a flat rate based on the floor plan chosen, added to your rental account and due with your rent payment each month.

Does the property have assigned parking places?

No assigned parking places.  We do ask that you be courteous to your neighbors and limit vehicles to 2, if you have more guests please have them park at the overflow parking beside the leasing office.

Does the property have a central location for mail?

Mailboxes are located below the staircase in the breezeway of your building.

Does the property have an onsite laundry facility?

No laundry facility, all apartments have washer / dryer hook ups.

Does the property have furnished apartments?

Not at this time.

Does your property include cable or internet?

No, we do recommend Comcast.

Does your property have a club house that can be rented?

No, property use only.

Do you accept Section 8 / Housing vouchers?

Firstly, we require that your monthly income be at least three times the amount of the rent. This criterion helps ensure that you can comfortably afford your rent, allowing you to enjoy your home stress-free. By maintaining this standard, we aim to create a community where residents can thrive financially. In addition to income qualifications, we conduct thorough credit and criminal background screenings. These screenings are conducted to protect the well-being of our residents and maintain a harmonious living environment. Do you offer short term leases and what are the costs?

Yes, we do.  We offer the following and this cost is added to your rent each month:

3 Month - $100
6 Month - $75
9 Month - $50
